Wang Jiaqiong pointed out when listening to the enlarged meeting of the theoretical learning center group of the Party committee of the School of Traffic and Transportation, the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee comprehensively summed up the major achievements and historical experience of the party's hundred years of struggle, which helped to promote the whole party to enhance unity, confidence and fighting spirit. He briefly analyzed the background and significance of the plenary session, and stressed that based on the new starting point of the century since the founding of the party, the university will fully implement the tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan, do a good job in the planning and construction of the new campus, optimize the layout of disciplines and talents training, and continue to promote the construction of "first-rate universities and disciplines". He hopes that the School can seize the development opportunity and make new and greater contributions to the construction of world-class disciplines, the cultivation of high-level top-notch innovative talents and the support of industrial scientific and technological innovation by building a large platform, condensing a large team and cultivating great achievements.

At the undergraduate Symposium on "devoting to making China strong with a powerful transportation system, and looking forward to the future with the unity of knowing and doing", students from classes 1801, 1807 and 1901 of the Department of Transportation shared their thoughts on professional learning, interpersonal relations and career planning. Yao Yifan, the student representative who participated in the centennial celebration of the founding of the party, Xiang Yunqiao, the volunteer representative of the Winter Olympic Games, and Shi Ziyi, the winner of Zhixing Scholarship and other students, shared their growth experiences. At the meeting, the video "people in the transportation industry are always on the road" produced by class 1801 was also broadcast, and the class construction and various activities in 2021 were reviewed.
